Applicants must first log in to the official registration portal. They need to enter details such as district, circle, police station, mauja name, khata number, plot number, land area, boundary details, jamabandi information, land type, and names of both buyer and seller.
Revenue officials will check the submitted information within 10 days. The system will send updates through SMS. If officials do not raise any objection within the given time, the registration process will move forward.
The new system aims to make land registration faster, safer, and more reliable across Bihar.
