13th SIPB Meet Approves ₹20,444 Crore Investments in Andhra Pradesh
The 13th State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting in Andhra Pradesh approved investments worth ₹20,444 crore, further boosting the state’s industrial and economic growth. With this latest approval, total investments cleared by the SIPB so far have reached ₹8.29 lakh crore, reflecting the state’s proactive approach to attracting business and fostering industrial development.
Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that foundations for projects, for which Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed during the recent CII Partnership Summit, are laid within 45 days. This step is aimed at fast-tracking implementation and ensuring timely commencement of these ventures.
The approved projects span sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology, expected to generate significant employment and strengthen the state’s industrial ecosystem. Officials highlighted that systematic monitoring and coordination will be undertaken to maintain momentum, reinforce investor confidence, and transform the MoUs into tangible developmental outcomes.
