Union Minister Bandi Sanjay has made serious allegations against Telangana Minister K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) and the BRS party regarding a luxury car scam . Speaking publicly and through social media, Sanjay questioned the legality of luxury cars allegedly brought into the state illegally by the “Car Party.”
He specifically raised concerns over a Land Cruiser imported by Basarat Khan , asking why it is registered under companies linked to the KCR family. Sanjay demanded clarification on whether the cars were purchased at market price or undervalued, if payments were made under benami names, and whether the funds involved were black money or laundered.
The minister further questioned whether the KCR family directly benefited from the alleged scam . He urged that the facts surrounding the luxury car scandal be exposed and called on the relevant authorities to launch an immediate and thorough investigation to ensure accountability and transparency in the matter.
