Sergio Gor, recently confirmed as the youngest-ever U.S. Ambassador to India, began his role with a six-day high-level visit to New Delhi. Gor highlighted the “strong friendship” between President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Modi, emphasizing shared goals under the Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.
At his meeting with PM Modi, Gor presented a signed photograph from President Trump, symbolizing the leaders’ enduring rapport. On social media, Gor expressed optimism about deepening the partnership, while PM Modi said he was confident Gor’s tenure would strengthen India-U.S. ties further.
