Srishti Kiran tennis star from India prepares for US junior circuit, aiming for Junior Orange Bowl and international success.

At just 13, Srishti Kiran from Bengaluru is emerging as one of India’s brightest tennis talents. Ranked No. 16 in the U-14 Girls category, she is preparing for the US junior circuit, including the Junior Orange Bowl in Florida this December.

Srishti played a key role in India’s first Asian Tennis Federation U-12 Girls’ Team Championship win in 2023, remaining unbeaten. She earned a place at Florida’s RPS Academy under world-renowned coach Gabe Jaramillo after being spotted at the Asian Tennis Federation’s Orange Ball program.

Starting tennis at four and a half at KSLTA, Bengaluru, Srishti won back-to-back AITA U-10 Championships. She credited her steady progress to her parents, mentors, and coaches in India and abroad. The support from KSLTA, particularly Sunil Yajaman, helped her grow in a nurturing environment.

Looking ahead, Srishti aims to excel at the Junior Orange Bowl and the IMG Academy International Tennis Championships. Her long-term goal is to become World No. 1, win a Grand Slam, and earn an Olympic medal for India. She also draws inspiration from Coco Gauff, studying her playing style to improve her own game.
