The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has informed the Hyderabad CBI Court that YSRCP Chief and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy provided a phone number that does not belong to him for official communication during his recent foreign tour. The agency claimed that this violated the conditions set by the court for his travel abroad.

According to the CBI memo, Jagan failed to submit his personal contact number, email ID, and detailed itinerary, as required under the court’s prior permission. As a result, the CBI has requested the court to revoke the permission granted for his foreign trip.

The court has directed Jagan’s counsel to file a counter affidavit in response to the CBI’s claims. The matter is expected to come up for further hearing soon.
