Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that the state government is modernizing and strengthening the police department with advanced technology. Speaking at the Police Commemoration Day event in Mangalagiri, he emphasized that peace and security are essential for attracting investments and ensuring stable development.
The CM stated that there will be no compromise on law and order, adding that the police must make extensive use of CC cameras, drones, and digital tools like Google Takeouts to enhance surveillance, crime prevention, and investigation capabilities.
Chandrababu also highlighted that police welfare is the responsibility of the government, and praised personnel for their sacrifices, noting that officers often set aside family life in the line of duty.
