A major road accident shook Telangana early Monday morning. A tipper lorry collided head-on with an RTC bus near Mirzaguda in Ranga Reddy district, resulting in the death of 17 people. The impact was so severe that gravel from the lorry spilled into the bus, worsening the tragedy. Eyewitnesses reported that the number of casualties could increase as several passengers remain critical.

The horrific accident created shockwaves across Telangana. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed deep grief over the deaths and immediately instructed officials to reach the accident site. He directed them to launch swift rescue and relief operations and keep him updated on the situation.

Revanth Reddy also ordered ministers in nearby districts to personally monitor rescue efforts. District officials were told to coordinate with police and medical teams to ensure timely assistance to survivors. Ambulances and emergency personnel were rushed to the site to handle the crisis.

The Chief Minister further instructed that all injured victims be shifted to Hyderabad for advanced medical treatment. He emphasized that no delay should occur in extending medical aid and ordered constant supervision until relief work is completed.
