Former minister and BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) expressed deep shock over the tragic road accident near Mirzaguda in Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, where over 17 passengers lost their lives.
KTR said it was heartbreaking to learn that so many people died in the accident. Expressing his condolences through a post on X, he conveyed his sympathy to the families of the victims and wished for a speedy recovery of the injured.
He urged the Telangana government to immediately respond to the situation and extend full support to the victims’ families and the injured. KTR also called for better medical treatment for those critically hurt and demanded a thorough investigation into the cause of the horrific accident.
According to reports, around 24 people sustained injuries, five of whom are in critical condition. Most of the victims were employees and students who were returning to Hyderabad after spending the weekend with their families. The tragic mishap has left the state in deep grief.
