Modi’s Stage Becomes Ground for NDA Unity Show

Bihar Elections NDA unity

In a striking display of alliance strength, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s stage in Bhagalpur turned into a platform for NDA unity. Before Modi’s arrival, a crucial meeting was held to calm tensions among disgruntled party workers. Leaders used the moment to project solidarity ahead of the November 14 elections.

Union Minister Giriraj Singh played a key role by mediating between BJP’s Bihpur candidate Kumar Shailendra and JDU MP Ajay Kumar Mandal. Singh brought both leaders face-to-face after Shailendra’s speech, urging Mandal to campaign for the NDA. Shailendra requested Mandal to prioritize the alliance despite his relative contesting as the Grand Alliance candidate.

Another notable moment saw BJP’s Rohit Pandey and Khagaria MP Rajesh Verma, once rivals, seated together—signaling reconciliation after past electoral clashes.

Giriraj Singh’s repeated visits to Bhagalpur also drew attention. Known for his fiery speeches, he has led several events from the district, including the Hindu Swabhiman Yatra and BJP’s government anniversary celebrations.

On stage, camaraderie was visible as Ajay Mandal and JDU’s Bulo Mandal exchanged handshakes. Former ministers Ashwini Choubey, Shahnawaz Hussain, and Giriraj Singh shared light moments with the Prime Minister, underlining the NDA’s united front before the polls.
