Following the blast near the Red Fort, authorities have closed the Red Fort Metro Station as a precautionary measure. The Delhi Traffic Police have issued an advisory urging commuters to avoid routes around the Red Fort, Daryaganj, and Chandni Chowk areas due to ongoing investigations and security checks. The national capital has been placed on high alert, with heightened security at Indira Gandhi International Airport, major railway stations, and interstate bus terminals. Additional deployment of police and paramilitary personnel has been made to prevent any further untoward incidents.
