1.76 Lakh Devotees Selected for Vaikunta Dwara Darshan Through e-Dip
A total of 1.76 lakh devotees have been selected through the e-dip system for the Vaikunta Dwara Darshan at Tirumala. These pilgrims will be allowed darshan during the first three days of the 10-day Vaikunta Ekadasi festivities beginning December 30.
For the remaining seven days, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will allow devotees to have Vaikunta Dwara Darshan without any darshan ticket, ensuring wider public access. The annual festival attracts lakhs of pilgrims, and TTD has implemented the e-dip mechanism to ensure transparency and equal opportunity in ticket allocation.
TTD officials are also making elaborate arrangements to manage the expected surge in pilgrim turnout, with plans for queue management, security, accommodation, and essential services. The Vaikunta Dwara Darshan is considered highly auspicious, drawing devotees from across the country each year.
