The BPSC TRE 4 process is moving quickly as the Education Department pushes districts to submit vacancy details. Officials say the BPSC TRE 4 recruitment needs full data from every district so the next phase can begin on time.
The department has already received vacancy information from 14 districts, including Patna, Muzaffarpur, and Bhagalpur. District Education Officers in the remaining 24 districts must send their reports within a week. During a review meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. B. Rajender asked all 38 districts to ensure timely submission of TRE 4 vacancy data and to clear pending teacher salaries.
He noted that only 28 districts submitted financial utilization certificates, while Nawada, Kaimur, Rohtas, and Gopalganj are still pending. The department also requested a list of teachers who have not received their October salaries. Arrears were recently cleared in seven districts, and others were instructed to release payments this week.
Officials were also told to settle old scholarship cases. This includes 527 pending post-matric cases and over 9,000 scholarship cases from 2024–25 and 2025–26. Districts were directed to act quickly on court-related matters as well.
