Pawan Kalyan Calls on Teachers to Nurture Achievers, Not Just Employees
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan urged teachers to focus on nurturing achievers rather than merely “manufacturing employees,” emphasising the need to build confident, creative, and purpose-driven students. Speaking at Chilakaluripeta, he highlighted the importance of strong coordination among students, parents, and teachers to improve the overall education ecosystem. Pawan Kalyan assured that the government would provide textbooks on time and develop proper playgrounds to encourage physical activity and holistic development.
He cautioned teachers and school managements against politicising educational spaces, stressing that schools must remain dedicated to learning and character-building. The Deputy Chief Minister also raised concerns about rising substance abuse among students and called on educators to remain vigilant and guide children away from harmful influences. Reiterating the government’s commitment to quality education, he said upcoming initiatives aim to improve infrastructure, promote discipline, and create a nurturing environment that empowers students to excel academically and personally.
