Warangal to Be Developed Like Hyderabad, Says Revanth
Telangana Minister Revanth Reddy announced that Warangal will be developed along the lines of Hyderabad, aiming to transform it into a major urban and economic hub. Speaking at a public event, he emphasised that the development plan would focus on modern infrastructure, improved civic amenities, and better connectivity to make the city more attractive for businesses and residents alike.
Revanth highlighted initiatives such as upgraded road networks, new commercial and residential projects, and enhanced public services, including healthcare and education facilities. He also mentioned plans to promote industrial growth and IT sector investments in Warangal to generate employment opportunities and boost the local economy.
The Minister said the government is committed to balanced urban development, ensuring that Warangal benefits from advanced city planning and smart-city initiatives similar to Hyderabad. Residents are hopeful that these measures will improve living standards, attract investment, and position Warangal as a dynamic city in Telangana’s growth story.
