Bomb Threat Email Triggers Massive Search Operation

bomb threat email investigation at Rajgir Ordnance Factory

A bomb threat email sent to the Ordnance Factory in Rajgir has created high tension in the area. The message claims that seven bombs will be planted and exploded inside the factory and office. The bomb threat email reportedly came from Tamil Nadu.

Police and security agencies reached the spot within minutes. A large search operation began across the factory. DSP Sunil Kumar Singh said the email used serious and inflammatory language. Central and state investigation teams, the Ministry of Defence, and the district administration are working together on the case. The cyber cell is examining the source of the email.

The message also mentions Pakistan’s ISI and Tamil Nadu’s DMK. It refers to a dispute linked to a religious site in Chennai. Officials believe someone tried to create fear and communal tension. Police said the case looks like a planned conspiracy to spread terror.

This is not the first time the factory received such threats. Security has been increased, and the CISF has completed multiple checks. No suspicious object has been found so far. Authorities urged people not to panic. Police said strict action will be taken once the culprits are identified.
