NEET paper leak: Key accused reveal major clues in Bihar case

NEET paper leak investigation updates, police questioning key accused Sanjeev Mukhiya and Bablu Sharma

The NEET paper leak case took a sharp turn after the EOU questioned masterminds Sanjeev Mukhiya and Bablu Sharma. The NEET paper leak accused were taken on one-day remand, and both men shared important details about how the leak operated in Bihar.

Police said the investigation began with two FIRs filed at Journalist Nagar police station in 2017. Sanjeev Mukhiya’s son, Dr. Shiv Kumar, also known as Bittu, was arrested earlier while carrying NEET question papers. He is one of the main suspects, though Sanjeev and Bablu escaped at that time.

During their latest questioning, officers found more evidence linking the group to the leak. The EOU later took over the case from Patrakar Nagar police station. Sanjeev Mukhiya and Bablu Sharma were brought from Beur Jail for interrogation. Both had already secured bail in this case, but the fresh clues may lead to more arrests soon.

The CBI also questioned Sanjeev earlier in connection with last year’s leak, strengthening the case further.
