BPSC TRE 4 Delay: Vacancies Still Missing From Most Districts

BPSC TRE 4 Delay news update on teacher vacancies

The BPSC TRE 4 Delay continues because the Education Department has received vacancy details from only 15 of Bihar’s 38 districts. This shortage of data has slowed the planning of the School Teacher Recruitment Examination. Officials say the BPSC TRE 4 Delay will continue until all districts send accurate vacancy numbers.

Only districts like Rohtas, Bhojpur, Aurangabad, West Champaran, Shivhar, Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Banka, and Gaya have submitted details. The department needs information for teacher posts in nearly 78,000 schools across the state.

Senior officials have sent reminders and held video conferences, but many districts have still not responded. Earlier, the Education Minister said vacancies would be sent to BPSC by September and that 26,000 posts may be included in TRE 4. The exam was planned for December, but now the year is ending and no final vacancy list is ready.

In the last two years, Bihar appointed over 2.6 lakh teachers in three phases. For the first time, TRE 4 will add domicile rules, reserving 85% of posts for Bihar residents.
