Another heartbreaking case of a Booth Level Officer’s suicide has emerged from Kotputli, Rajasthan. BLO Vijay Gurjar was found hanging from a neem tree late at night. His family rushed him to the nearest district hospital, but doctors declared him dead on arrival. According to the victim’s relatives, Vijay had been facing continuous harassment from the SDM, which allegedly pushed him to take the extreme step. They also claimed that he was under intense work pressure and had been depressed for several days.
Family members began searching for him when he didn’t return home at night. During the search, they discovered his body hanging near a neem tree not far from the house. Following the incident, SDM Ramavatar Meena, Tehsildar Ramdhan Gurjar, and the police reached the hospital. The case has triggered anger in the local community, demanding a thorough investigation into the allegations.
