AP Unveils Bold Industrial Vision at Business Expo

Andhra Pradesh industrial policy gains attention as Minister Srinivas outlines investment plans, innovation hubs, and startup support.

Minister Kondapalli Srinivas said the coalition government introduced a unique industrial policy in Andhra Pradesh. Speaking at the AP Chambers Business Expo, he recalled Chandrababu Naidu’s vision from 25 years ago. At that time, Naidu identified IT as the future and encouraged young talent. Because of those early decisions, strong infrastructure emerged across the state. As a result, Srinivas said his own 16-year IT career became possible.

Meanwhile, the minister stated that India now attracts global attention for investments. According to him, international companies study India before entering new markets. Moreover, he explained that every global product finds consumers in India. Therefore, investor confidence continues to rise under the NDA government and the Prime Minister’s leadership. He also highlighted clusters in drones, aerospace, and biotechnology.

In addition, Srinivas urged small industries to grow alongside large industries. He said agriculture products enjoy strong domestic and global demand. However, he stressed the need to meet international standards. By identifying local products, entrepreneurs can access global markets. Consequently, small businesses can expand faster.

Additionally, the minister highlighted the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub. Through this platform, innovators receive solutions, funding guidance, and market support. Notably, Nara Lokesh monitors this system closely. Hence, youth should convert ideas into enterprises. The government, he assured, will support them at every stage.
