DMK government achievements should be turned into votes: Stalin
DMK government achievements must be taken to every household and converted into votes in the upcoming elections, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin told party workers in Salem on Sunday.
Addressing a party meeting, Stalin said the DMK alliance must secure a massive victory in the 2026 Assembly elections to protect Tamil Nadu, its land, and the Tamil language. He urged party cadres to actively communicate the government’s work to the public.
The Chief Minister said the DMK government has implemented several welfare schemes and development programmes that directly benefit people. These initiatives, he added, reflect the party’s commitment to social justice and inclusive growth.
Stalin stressed that party workers play a key role in explaining policies and achievements at the grassroots level. Direct engagement with people, he said, would help counter misinformation and strengthen public trust.
He also warned of threats posed by rival political forces, stating that unity within the alliance is essential. According to him, safeguarding Tamil identity and rights requires continued DMK leadership. Reiterating his message, Stalin said DMK government achievements should become the foundation of the party’s election campaign, ensuring strong public support in 2026.
