The IP Gupta viral video featuring the Saharsa MLA is spreading fast on social media. In the clip, IP Gupta, national president of the Indian Inclusive Party, is seen angrily warning health and ambulance workers during a meeting.
In the IP Gupta viral video, he claims he will not spare anyone if a patient complaint is found to be true. He strongly criticises the practice of misleading poor patients and referring them to private hospitals instead of government facilities.
Gupta alleges that ambulance workers often persuade families to shift patients to costly private hospitals. According to him, poor families are pushed into debt, with some even selling land or using money saved for their daughters’ weddings.
He warns that even a single case of patient trafficking will trigger a full investigation. He says action will be taken against both ambulance staff and referring doctors if wrongdoing is proven.
During the meeting, Gupta also listens to the problems of ambulance drivers. He promises to raise their issues in the Assembly and fight for their duty conditions and fees.
The meeting reportedly took place in the COVID ward of Saharsa’s Model Hospital. However, Hindustan has not independently verified the authenticity of the viral video.
