Poor as Ganesh Guiding governance remains the core philosophy of the Rajasthan government, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said on Tuesday. He stated that the BJP-led government serves people as a moral duty, not political favour.
Addressing a public gathering, Sharma said the government believes in presenting its report card honestly before citizens. He stressed that the administration allocated budgets fairly across all 200 Assembly constituencies. According to him, development reached every region without bias.
The Chief Minister said the government used the “Vikas Rath” initiative to inform people about development works. Officials shared details of projects directly with residents to ensure transparency and accountability.
Sharma said the last two years focused on good governance, public welfare, and all-round development. He described the steps as historic and vital for building a prosperous Rajasthan. He added that the government prioritised farmers, youth, women, and the poor through targeted welfare measures.
During the event, Sharma laid foundation stones for development projects worth over ₹612 crore. He also inaugurated projects valued at more than ₹107 crore. The Chief Minister released the Bikaner District Development Booklet and publications linked to rural and urban service camps.
Sharma said these initiatives reflect the government’s commitment to inclusive growth. He reiterated that service to the poor remains the guiding force behind every policy decision.
