Revanth Reddy Accuses KCR of Halting Telangana’s Development Projects
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Revanth Reddy has accused Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) of stalling the state’s development by effectively writing a “death warrant” for several key projects. Speaking at a press conference, Revanth Reddy alleged that multiple welfare and infrastructure initiatives, including irrigation, road, and public health projects, have been delayed or abandoned under KCR’s administration.
He argued that the delays are affecting the state’s progress, harming farmers, workers, and ordinary citizens who rely on these initiatives. Revanth Reddy urged the government to provide clear timelines for the completion of ongoing projects and demanded accountability for stalled schemes.
The TPCC chief also called for greater transparency in project approvals and fund allocations, claiming that political considerations were being prioritised over public welfare. According to him, timely execution of development projects is essential for Telangana’s growth and prosperity.
Revanth Reddy reiterated that the Congress party would continue to press for accountability and speedy project implementation.
