TTD Makes Elaborate Arrangements for Smooth Vaikuntha Ekadasi Darshan in Tirumala
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has put in place elaborate arrangements to ensure hassle-free darshan for pilgrims during the 10-day ‘Vaikuntha Ekadasi’ festivities at the Tirumala temple, commencing on December 30. TTD officials said pilgrims selected through the e-dip system would be allowed darshan during the first three days of the festival, while ‘sarva darshan’ would be in force for the remaining seven days.
Measures have been taken to regulate crowd movement, strengthen queue management, and provide adequate amenities such as drinking water, medical services, and sanitation facilities. Additional staff and volunteers will be deployed round the clock to assist devotees.
TTD authorities have cautioned social media users against spreading fake news or half-truths regarding darshan procedures and arrangements. They urged pilgrims to rely only on official TTD channels for authentic information and to cooperate with officials for a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience during the annual event.
