Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday urged government officials to prioritise speed and efficiency in delivering public services. Addressing a meeting of senior bureaucrats in Vijayawada, he emphasised that timely execution of government programmes is crucial for boosting citizen satisfaction and fostering trust in administration.
Naidu stressed the importance of proactive monitoring, accountability, and the use of technology to streamline processes. He encouraged officials to reduce delays, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure that benefits of welfare schemes reach the intended recipients without unnecessary hurdles. The Chief Minister also highlighted the need for inter-departmental coordination and data-driven decision-making to enhance service delivery.
Officials were advised to adopt innovative solutions and best practices from across the country to make governance more responsive and citizen-centric.
