Will Comment After 100 Days on New Government, Says Opposition Leader Tejashwi Yadav
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said he would speak on the performance of the new government only after the completion of 100 days of its formation. Speaking after his return to Patna, Tejashwi said the Opposition would closely monitor the government’s decisions, policies, and implementation of promises made to the people.
He stated that the initial period is crucial to evaluate whether the government delivers on its commitments related to employment, development, and social justice. The RJD leader added that his party would adopt a constructive approach and raise issues of public concern at the appropriate time.
Tejashwi Yadav emphasised that the Opposition’s role is not merely to criticise but to ensure accountability and transparency in governance. He assured that the RJD would remain vigilant and stand with the people if their interests were ignored. The statement comes amid political developments following the formation of the new government in Bihar.
