Tejashwi Yadav Operation Clean kicks off as RJD moves to rebuild after Bihar’s election defeat. Tejashwi Yadav will lead the effort personally, focusing on stronger leadership and active participation. Tejashwi Yadav Operation Clean aims to discipline the party and engage voters across Bihar.
RJD will dissolve all state, district, and block committees. Leaders from different communities and castes will join the newly formed committees. Tejashwi Yadav plans to spend regular hours at the Patna state office to oversee the changes and guide members directly.
The party may also appoint a new state president. Senior leader Mangal Pandey could make way for a younger leader at the national executive meeting on 25 January.
Nearly 300 leaders who acted against the party during the elections may lose their positions. Inactive leaders and those posting anti-party content online will also be removed.
Through Tejashwi Yadav Operation , RJD hopes to become a disciplined, voter-focused party. Leaders will work actively at the grassroots level to regain public trust and strengthen the organization.
