Tata Group Optimistic About Investments in Telangana
Tata Group Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran said the company is positive about investing in Telangana in areas like AI data centres, electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, and related technologies. He made the remarks during a meeting with state officials, expressing confidence in Telangana’s business environment and infrastructure.
Chandrasekaran highlighted that the state’s focus on technology, innovation, and industrial development makes it an attractive destination for large-scale investments. He said Tata Group is exploring projects that will not only strengthen the company’s operations but also create jobs, promote skill development, and support Telangana’s economic growth.
Officials welcomed Tata Group’s interest and assured continued support for ease of doing business, policy incentives, and infrastructure assistance.
The state government said such investments will help Telangana emerge as a hub for cutting-edge industries, including AI, EV manufacturing, and data-driven technologies, further boosting the local economy and global competitiveness.
