Neither Evil Nor Corrupt Forces Should Rule Tamil Nadu: TVK President Vijay
Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president Vijay said that neither an “evil force” nor a “corrupt force” should rule Tamil Nadu. He made the statement while addressing party members in Chennai. This was the first time the actor-turned-politician spoke critically about the AIADMK, though he did not name the party directly.
Vijay referred to it as the party that ruled Tamil Nadu earlier and said people want clean and honest governance. He stressed that his party stands for transparency, integrity, and the welfare of common people. Vijay said politics should serve the public and not personal or selfish interests.
The TVK president called on people, especially the youth, to support a new style of politics based on values and responsibility. He said Tamil Nadu needs leadership that works for development, social justice, and dignity. His remarks have drawn attention as he continues to position himself as an alternative political voice in the State.
