Union Budget 2026-27 Will Boost India’s Global Image, Says Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised the Union Budget 2026-27, saying it will make India a more attractive place for investment from around the world. He called the budget a “Viksit Bharat Budget” that strengthens India’s global position by encouraging growth in many sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, health, tourism, rural areas, and new-age industries like artificial intelligence.

Shah said the budget shows a clear vision for a developed India by 2047 and lays out a roadmap for the next 25 years. He congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for framing a plan that supports growth while maintaining fiscal discipline. Shah also highlighted measures that aim to help farmers, women, youth, and small businesses, strengthen the rural economy, and improve connectivity across the country.

According to him, the budget’s mix of support for traditional industries and modern sectors will attract both domestic and foreign investors, giving India a stronger economic edge worldwide.
