Kurtha MLA Pappu Kumar Verma, a leader of Janata Dal (United), filed a complaint at Telpa police station in Arwal. He said three men demanded money and abused him on social media.
Police registered an FIR and named the accused as Praveen Kumar Yadav, Ravindra Gop and Awadhesh Yadav. Officers have started an investigation and are tracking their locations.
