US Ambassador Warns Staff as tensions between Washington and Tehran escalate sharply.

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee advised embassy staff to leave Israel immediately if they wished to depart. In an email sent Friday morning, Huckabee urged employees to secure flights without delay. He stressed there was no need for panic but said departures should not wait.

The advisory followed rising threats from Iran. Tehran warned that US military bases in the region would become legitimate targets if America launches an attack. Tens of thousands of US service members could face risk. Iran also threatened strikes on Israel, raising fears of a broader regional conflict.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump intensified pressure on Tehran. He demanded that Iran halt uranium enrichment and scale back its missile programme. Trump also called for an end to Iran’s support for regional armed groups.

Iran insisted it would only discuss nuclear matters. Officials maintained that the country’s atomic programme serves peaceful purposes.

Reports said Washington may demand dismantling Iran’s key nuclear sites. Previous talks collapsed after Israeli strikes triggered a brief war, drawing the US into direct action.
