Ravi comes from a simple family in Bihar. His father works as a farmer, while his mother played a major role in his preparation. She helped him study by reading books aloud and writing notes as he dictated answers. This support became the backbone of his success.
Before clearing UPSC, Ravi Raj had already passed the BPSC examination and worked as a Revenue Officer. However, he continued his preparation with the goal of joining the civil services.
