Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge has announced Bihar Congress district presidents for the party’s state unit. The party appointed 53 district chiefs to strengthen its organisation in Bihar.
The Bihar Congress district presidents list covers 53 organisational districts in 38 administrative districts. State Congress president Rajesh Ram released the names on behalf of the party leadership.
The party selected 43 new leaders for district posts. Ten leaders kept their positions. Party officials discussed the names with local workers before finalising the list.
Congress leaders said the move aims to rebuild the party network in the state. They want stronger leadership at the district level. The new district presidents will organise party programs and connect with voters.
The party hopes the new team will energise workers and prepare the organisation for upcoming elections in the state.
