Firing at Minister Ramkripal’s Samdhi house in Maner created chaos during a family ritual in a village near Patna. The violent clash involved gunshots, stone pelting, and attacks with sticks and swords. Firing at Minister Ramkripal’s Samdhi house in Maner also triggered panic among family members and villagers present at the event.
The incident took place in Vyapur village under Maner police station. The house belongs to Rajendra Singh, who is the samdhi (relative by marriage) of Union minister Ramkripal Yadav. The clash reportedly began during a shradh ceremony when two relatives argued over an old land dispute.
Soon, several people from both sides joined the fight. Witnesses said around 10–15 rounds of gunfire were heard. Some attackers used sticks, stones, and even swords during the clash. Women and children present at the house ran for safety as panic spread in the area.
At least three people suffered serious injuries in the violence. Doctors admitted them to a hospital in Patna for treatment.
Police reached the village after the incident and started an investigation. Officers also deployed additional forces in the area to maintain peace and prevent further violence.
