A shocking incident surfaced in Bihar’s Begusarai district where Liquor Found in School Toilet created panic after a Class 4 student accidentally drank it, mistaking it for a cold drink. The incident took place at a government primary school in the Bachhwara police station area.
According to reports, the child found a bottle inside the old school toilet and drank some of the liquid, believing it was a soft drink. Soon after, his health started worsening and teachers noticed the smell of alcohol from his mouth. This revealed the Liquor Found in School Toilet inside the school premises.
Teachers and villagers searched the building and discovered around 12 cartons of illegal foreign liquor hidden in the old toilet. They immediately informed the police. Officers reached the school, seized the liquor, and launched a search for those responsible.
The child was taken to a hospital for treatment and is now reported to be safe. The incident has raised serious questions about illegal liquor smuggling and safety in schools despite Bihar’s strict liquor prohibition law.
