The Bihar BEd Entrance Exam 2026 preparations have started across the state. Candidates appearing in the Bihar BEd Entrance Exam 2026 will get the option to select up to 10 colleges during the admission process. The entrance test will take place in May, and officials aim to announce the results within 15 days.
Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) will conduct the exam as the nodal university. Authorities plan to begin the new academic session from the first week of July to ensure a smooth admission process.
Last year, around 37,300 seats were available in about 341 BEd colleges across Bihar. This number may increase slightly this year. Students will receive three merit lists during the counselling process. If seats remain vacant, authorities will conduct an on-spot admission round.
The entrance exam will carry 120 marks, and candidates will get two hours to complete it. Officials also plan to maintain transparency by showing live seat availability and cut-off updates online.
