The Osama Shahab second FIR has been registered in Bihar’s Siwan district, creating fresh controversy around the RJD MLA from Raghunathpur. The Osama Shahab second FIR was filed after a doctor couple accused him and several others of trying to encroach on their land.
According to the complaint, the doctor couple said they had purchased land near Junapur village on the Siwan bypass road. They alleged that some people threatened them and asked them to vacate the land in favor of the MLA. The complainants also claimed they were warned of serious consequences if they refused to give up the property.
Police registered a case against Osama Shahab, along with two named individuals and around 30–35 unidentified people. Authorities said the investigation has begun and action will be taken after verifying the allegations.
This is the second FIR against the MLA within about 10 days. Earlier, another case was filed in connection with a dispute that included allegations related to a murder conspiracy in Siwan.
