The One Case One Data Policy marks a major step toward digitising India’s judicial system. Announcing the initiative, Chief Justice of India said the One Case One Data Policy will integrate case information from courts across the country into one unified digital platform.
The new system will connect data from the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts, and even taluka courts. This integration will allow judges and officials to access complete case details from any level of the judiciary through a single system.
Officials said the platform will automatically collect data from different court databases. It will help authorities quickly verify case details and improve coordination between courts and government departments.
The Supreme Court also introduced an AI-powered chatbot called SuSahay. The chatbot will help citizens check case status, get information about hearings, and access court-related services easily.
