However, the viral video claims that officials failed to switch on the fans even though electricity was available. Because of this, many pilgrims felt uncomfortable and expressed anger over the situation.
The video quickly spread on social media and sparked criticism from several political leaders. Many demanded that temple authorities ensure proper facilities during the summer to avoid such problems. The incident once again raised concerns about crowd management at Tirumala, leaving Tirumala devotees concerned about their safety and comfort.
