The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has taken a major step to manage the huge Tirumala rush during the summer season. Due to the growing number of pilgrims visiting Tirumala every day, TTD decided to give priority to common devotees for darshan.
As part of the new plan, TTD will limit VIP break darshan services during the peak rush period. Officials believe this move will help more devotees get faster darshan at the temple. The Tirumala rush has increased sharply in recent weeks because of holidays and special occasions.
TTD officials said the decision aims to reduce waiting time and improve crowd management. Reports suggest that thousands of additional devotees may benefit from the revised system. Authorities are also making arrangements for food, water, security, and queue management for pilgrims.
The temple administration requested devotees to cooperate with officials and follow the guidelines during the busy season.
