Reacting to the incident, Anitha questioned the purpose of the YSRCP leaders’ visit. She alleged that they created unrest instead of meeting farmers peacefully. The Home Minister said the police will investigate the complaints filed over the clash and take legal action against those found responsible. She added that the state government remains committed to completing Amaravati as the capital by 2027 and accused the YSRCP of trying to create unnecessary political drama.
