A shocking incident from Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district has triggered public outrage after a government school teacher allegedly abused and threatened a journalist who highlighted the school’s poor condition. The incident took place at a government middle school in Manora village of Gyaraspur tehsil.

Government schools are often called temples of education, where children learn values along with academics. However, visuals from this school tell a different story. The campus reportedly has broken toilet doors, unusable washrooms, and contaminated water tanks, reflecting severe neglect by authorities.

Local rural journalist Kamal Kushwah recorded and shared a video showing the school’s deteriorating infrastructure on social media. The video quickly went viral and raised hopes of immediate corrective action. Instead, the situation worsened.

Following the viral video, a teacher from the same school allegedly confronted the journalist and used abusive language. In the viral clip, the teacher is heard making threatening remarks, questioning how big a weapon would be needed and claiming harm could be done in just two minutes. The video has since sparked anger among parents, social activists, and netizens.

The incident has raised serious questions about teacher conduct, student safety, and accountability in government schools. Many are now demanding strict action against the teacher and an immediate audit of school infrastructure across the district.
