Adani Urges Staff to Drive Innovation Post-SEBI Verdict

Gautam Adani urges staff to drive innovation and build legacy post-SEBI verdict, focusing on energy, logistics, and infrastructure growth.

Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani has urged employees to accelerate innovation and drive bold progress in energy, logistics, and infrastructure. This comes after SEBI dismissed all allegations made by US-based short-seller Hindenburg Research. Adani emphasized building a long-term legacy rather than seeking temporary applause.

In a letter to staff, Adani highlighted that the “cloud” of scrutiny lasting over two years has now been lifted. He praised employees for maintaining operational momentum while global attention focused on the group. Key projects in ports, power plants, airports, logistics, and renewable energy continued uninterrupted during this period.

Adani stressed that integrity, transparency, and innovation must remain central to the Group’s future. He urged employees to embrace transformation and shape the future proactively. “Either we shape the future into what we dream or be shaped by it into what we fear,” he noted.

The Chairman also thanked employees for their resilience during the controversy. He highlighted the Group’s recovery, rising market value, and strategic investments. Adani described the ordeal as a test that strengthened the organization and reinforced its commitment to the nation. He concluded by invoking pride, courage, and conviction for the future of Adani and India.
