Payyavula Keshav said the launch of the Amaravati Quantum Valley will place Andhra Pradesh at the forefront of deep-tech innovation. Presenting the 2026–27 Budget in Amaravati, he described the project as a major step toward building a strong technology ecosystem in the State.
The Finance Minister said the Quantum Valley will promote advanced research in areas such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. He added that the initiative aims to attract global companies, researchers and investors, creating high-skill jobs for youth.
Mr. Keshav also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for supporting the development of Amaravati. He appreciated the Centre for initiating the process to introduce legislation to grant statutory status to the capital city.
He said the combined efforts of the State and Central governments will help Amaravati grow into a world-class capital and a hub for innovation and economic growth.
