Anant Raj Cloud Signs MoU for Andhra Pradesh Data Centers, marking a major push in India’s fast-growing digital infrastructure sector. Real estate developer Anant Raj’s subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud, signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to build modern data centers and an IT park in the coastal state.
The agreement was finalized in the presence of IT Minister Nara Lokesh on November 14. Anant Raj Cloud Signs MoU for Andhra Pradesh Data Centers to invest ₹4,500 crore in two phases. The plan includes advanced cloud facilities that will expand the state’s technology ecosystem.
ARCPL expects the project to create nearly 8,500 direct and 7,500 indirect jobs. This expansion adds to the company’s ongoing development of 307 MW of data center capacity across its campuses.
Anant Raj continues to scale its footprint. The company currently operates 28 MW of IT load in Manesar and Panchkula and aims to reach 307 MW by FY32 with a $2.1 billion capital plan.
The company has also partnered with Orange Business for managed cloud services in India and maintains a strong real estate portfolio with almost 10 million sq. ft. delivered and 320 acres of debt-free land in NCR.
