Anmol Bishnoi Deportation Case: Cousin Seeks Security After Return

Anmol Bishnoi

Anmol Bishnoi Deportation Case intensified after the gangster returned to India from the United States on Wednesday. He faces accusations in the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique and the firing incident at Salman Khan’s Mumbai residence. Anmol is the younger brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, who also faces major criminal charges.

In a conversation with NDTV, Anmol’s cousin Ramesh Bishnoi urged the Indian government to protect him. He said the family fears attacks from rival gangs inside jail. Ramesh stressed that the family respects the law and wants a fair legal process.

He also questioned the accusations against Anmol. Ramesh said Anmol stayed in US custody for almost a year, so he could not issue crime-related orders from abroad. He further said that the family did not know about Lawrence Bishnoi’s reported claims about threatening Salman Khan.

The conflict between Salman Khan and the Bishnoi community began in 1998 after the blackbuck hunting case in Rajasthan. Ramesh said the community still feels hurt because Salman never apologised.

He added that the family last spoke to Anmol in 2021 after he got bail. Since then, they have followed his updates only through the media.
