Ashok Chaudhary’s ₹100 Crore Notice to Prashant Kishor

Ashok Chaudhary sends ₹100 crore defamation notice to Prashant Kishor headline

The feud between Ashok Chaudhary and Prashant Kishor has taken a sharp turn. Bihar’s Rural Works Minister, Ashok Chaudhary, has sent a ₹100 crore defamation notice to Kishor, the founder of Jan Suraj Party. He accused Kishor of making false claims and damaging his image. Chaudhary demanded an apology, warning of legal action if ignored.

This battle started when Prashant Kishor held a press conference in Patna, alleging that Ashok Chaudhary and his family purchased land worth ₹200 crore through relatives and the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust. Kishor linked the trust to Shambhavi Chaudhary, Ashok’s daughter and current MP. The minister denied the charges and demanded proof.

It is not the first clash between them. Last year, Ashok Chaudhary also filed a defamation case after Kishor alleged he bought his daughter’s Lok Sabha ticket. Shambhavi contested from Samastipur on a ticket from Chirag Paswan’s party and won.

This fresh legal notice shows how political rivalry in Bihar is intensifying, with both leaders standing firm on their claims.
