Asian Youth Para Games success brought immense pride to India as Madhya Pradesh swimmer Abdul Qadir Indori delivered a historic performance in Dubai. Competing at the 5th Asian Youth Para Games 2025, the Ratlam-based para swimmer won three gold medals and one bronze. His achievement placed India firmly on the medals table and inspired young athletes nationwide.

Abdul dominated the swimming pool with confidence and discipline. He clinched gold in the 50m backstroke, 100m freestyle, and 50m freestyle events. He also added a bronze medal in the 50m butterfly. Each race reflected his intense preparation and mental strength under pressure.

The most emotional moment came during the medal ceremony. Abdul stood on the podium as the national anthem played. He later said tears rolled down his eyes with pride. He called it the greatest moment of his sporting life.
